Windows are being installed in the third stage, while façade work and security system installation are continuing in the fourth stage

In the third stage, window structures are being installed in buildings 9.1 and 9.2, the foundations are being filled in the seventh building, and in the eleventh, plastering work is being carried out on the ground floor, railings are being installed, and the finishing of common areas is being completed.

In the fourth stage, in section B1-C1, work is being completed on the installation of smoke extraction and fire alarm systems, entrance doors to apartments are being installed, and the installation of aluminium windows has begun. Monolithic work in commercial premises has been completed, blockwork is continuing and active façade work is underway.

In sections B2-C1 and B2-C2, work is underway to restore engineering networks in the car park.
