Terms of payment
The minimum down payment is from 10% of the cost of the apartment. The balance of the value of the apartment will be pegged to the US dollar*.
Purchase (payment) by instalments
Provided before completion of the construction of the house. The amount left to be paid, is divided into equal parts and repaid either monthly or quarterly.
