The fourth and fifth buildings have received postal addresses

RIEL Real Estate Corporation is pleased to announce that Lviv City Council has issued orders to assign postal addresses to the fourth and fifth buildings of the Shengen residential complex.
The official addresses of the buildings:
- Building No. 4: 9B Zaliznychna Street, Lviv (order number: 480-A dated 24.07.2024);
- Building No. 5: 9L Zaliznychna Street, Lviv (order number 489-A dated 26.07.2024).
The preparation of the documents for the initial registration of the apartments has already begun. The next step will be to invite investors to sign the documents for the registration of title.
The procedure will take place by appointment. Service managers will communicate the details to each investor personally.
