Construction Update on Stage Three

In Building Seven, interior finishing works are nearing completion. Backfilling works within the basement areas have been completed, and floor screeding is now commencing. Reinforced concrete works for the light wells are also approaching completion, while works on the entrance areas continue alongside preparations for finishing the basement-level façades.

In Building Nine, finishing works in the common areas have been completed. Plastering works are now commencing within the basement areas, while floor screeding works continue. Preparations are also underway for the finishing of the basement-level façades.

In addition, preparatory works for landscaping across the development remain in progress..
