May Construction Update on Stage Four
Work on the fourth stage is continuing in Sections B1S1, B1 and B2.
In Section B1S1, installation of the industrial flooring in the car park has commenced. Final finishing works are also under way in the communal corridors serving the commercial premises.
In Sections B1 and B2, installation of the electrical switchboard in the car park is continuing. At the same time, installation of the external railings and the fire suppression, smoke extraction and ventilation systems in the car park is nearing completion.
In addition, the stylobate roof has been completed, while restoration of the finishes in the communal areas is nearing completion.
Landscaping works in the surrounding grounds are also progressing in parallel, with planting now under way and the laying of paving stones continuing.
