Third Stage Construction Update – June
Construction work is continuing on the third phase of the Shengen residential development in Lviv.
In Building 7, monolithic construction of the platform lift for people with reduced mobility has been completed. Flooring and plastering works have also been completed in the basement premises. Installation of the individual heating substation (IHS) has now commenced.
In Building 9, flooring and plastering works in the basement premises have been completed. Installation of the IHS has begun, together with façade works to the basement level.
Landscaping works have also commenced throughout the development.
In addition, specialists from the Bureau of Technical Inventory (BTI) have started measuring apartments and non-residential premises across the buildings.
