Fourth Stage Construction Update – June
Construction and finishing works are continuing on the fourth stage of the Shengen residential development.
In Building B1C1, installation of the industrial flooring in the underground car park has been completed.
In Buildings B1 and B2, installation of the external balustrades has been completed. Work is continuing on the electrical switch room within the underground car park, while the fire suppression, smoke extraction and ventilation systems are nearing completion.
Finishing works in the communal areas of the underground car park are also approaching completion.
Landscaping works are continuing throughout the development.
