The second stage of the Shengen Residential Complex is fully commissioned: the readiness of the building No. 6 is confirmed by the certificate from the SACI
RIEL Real Estate Corporation is pleased to announce that the building No. 6 of the Shengen Residential Complex has been officially commissioned. The State Architectural and Construction Inspection (SACI) issued a certificate of readiness No. ЛВ122240828158, which certifies that the building meets all requirements and standards. Thus, the entire second stage of the complex has already been put into operation.
The sixth building has 13 floors with a total floor area of 6226.5 m². There are 81 apartments in the building, including 65 one-room, 8 two-room, 1 three-room, 2 four-room, as well as 4 five-room and 1 seven-room apartments.
