Shengen Residential Complex was damaged during the Russian attack on Lviv

September 04, 2024

Today, on September 4, Russian troops carried out a combined missile and drone attack on Lviv. Due to this insidious war crime, people were killed and injured, and more than 50 residential buildings in the city were damaged.

Unfortunately, the facilities of RIEL Real Estate Corporation were also damaged – the most significant damage was caused to the building of the 2nd and 4th stages of the Shengen Residential Complex.

Unfortunately, RIEL has a sad experience in restoring facilities after Russian missile strikes: in 2022, our Kyiv residential complex was twice significantly damaged. We are well aware of the procedure that precedes the restoration of buildings. We would like to assure you that we will make every effort to restore your future homes.

Currently, representatives of the State Emergency Service, the National Police and explosives experts are working on the territory of Shengen Residential Complex. In parallel with the recording of the damage by law enforcement officials, we are working with the companies that carried out the construction and installation to draw up a defect report. Based on this report, we will order all the necessary construction materials and works to restore the buildings to their previous condition and appearance.

Let’s hold on tight. Know that we are here for you, and together we will overcome all challenges, recover and win.
